Not truly from New York or Chicago, the Corned Beef (it's called a Reuben when you add dressing), is actually from Utah. Ours is the classic with thin-sliced Vienna Corned Beef, add your choice of sauerkraut, horseradish, and yellow mustard on hearty Rye Bread, and you can add 1000 island dressing for the Reuben. Served with a pickle spear.
