
Corned Beef (Rueben)
Not truly from New York or Chicago, the Corned Beef or (the Rueben when you add dressing) is actually from Utah. Ours is the classic with thin sliced Vienna Corned Beef, sauerkraut, horseradish and yellow mustard on hearty Rye Bread and you can add 1000 island dressing for the Rueben. Served with a pickle spear.
